Terms and conditions of sale (CGV)

1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to any order for online training placed on the website www.schoolformate.com, operated by School Pilot. By placing an order on the website, the customer unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Description of services
School Pilot sells online training courses, accessible via a student area or a login link provided after purchase. The training may relate to titles registered in the RNCP, the Specific Directory (RS), or professional pathways outside certification (TP).
3. Order and payment
The order becomes effective upon payment validation. Accepted payment methods are: bank card, bank transfer, or installment payment solutions. An invoice is sent automatically after validation.
4. Prices
Displayed prices are shown in euros excluding tax (HT) or including tax (TTC), depending on the offer. School Pilot reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Access to training
Access to the training is provided within 24 to 72 business hours after receipt of payment. Courses are accessible via Notion or any other training platform specified.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment.
7. Liability
School Pilot cannot be held liable for misuse of the training by the customer or for failure to obtain a certification. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All content is protected. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is prohibited. A white-label license may be provided by contract.

10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Nice.
